Answer and OCR

Hi,
I tried create New Captcha Type at Captcha destruction.
1. Already download image
2. Already give ANSWER
3.After "test-activate" but ... still 0%

My ANSWER did not go to OCR

I mean "Why my answer" cannot adjust to "OCR" [ How to change the "OCR" to follow my answer?]
